Pay attention to your skin twice a day -- at night and in the morning! During the day we expose our skin to pollution. Many of us enjoy using some makeup. It's important, therefore, that we do a little more in the evening than in the morning. Perhaps one of the best bits of advice I can give you is never to go to bed without cleansing your face. You can do this any time from 5 pm on. It's better to do it earlier in the evening, rather than waiting until you're ready to fall off your feet and not doing it at all.

Here are a few simple but quick and efficient steps for skin care, customized for different skin types. I promise you it will take less time to do it than it took me to write it all!
