GIFT CERTIFICATES
Gift certificates are
available in increments of $25 (e.g.$25;$50;$75 etc). There are two ways to order gift
certificates:

(credit card information needed!)
- calling the toll-free number,1(800)440-3393
The
following information is required for all gift certificate purchases:
- value of the certificate
- name of person who bought the certificate
- name and address of the person who is to receive the certificate
