MORNING CARE
STEP ONE
Splash some water on your face; the water from
your shower is fine. There's no need for a cleanser in the morning unless you work a
nightshift.
Blot your skin until it is almost dry. Stop
when you feel you would like to touch your face with the towel one more time!
If you are using the Mattase alpha-hydroxy line, gently massage two drops of Glycolic Serum.
STEP TWO
Apply a small amount of Daily Mineral Guard SPF25 or Skin Perfecting Tinted Moisturizer SPF20
STEP THREE
Apply a small amount of Eye & Throat Bio-Formula, starting at the outer
corner of your eye and working your way toward your nose. Do not apply it on your eyelids!
Mostly using patting movements, apply the cream
to your neck.
STEP FOUR
Apply the makeup of your choice.
EVENING CARE
STEP ONE
Splash lukewarm water on your face, (Yes, right
on top of your makeup!)
Place a little Gentle Cleanser in your hands and gently massage
it all over your face and neck.
Rinse well using your hands or a soft
washcloth.
Blot your skin until it is almost dry. Stop
when you feel you would like to touch your face with the towel one more time!
If you are using Liquid Gold, apply it now, then continue to steps two and three.
If you are using the Mattase alpha-hydroxy line, skip and 3. Instead do this:
On clean skin, gently massage two or three
drops of Glycolic Serum.
Apply a small amount of Night Cream with AHA.
STEP TWO
Apply a small amount of, Eye Nourisher, starting at the outer
corner of your eye and working your way toward your nose. Do not apply it on your eyelids!
Mostly using patting movements, apply the cream
to your neck.
STEP THREE
Using your fingertips, apply a small amount of PM Maxima Creme or Herbal Nova.
